Hajo Sarki Bello, the Chief Registrar, hails from Paiko, Paikoro LGA of Niger State. She attended Federal Government College, Idoani, Ondo State (SSCE), University of Sokoto, Sokoto State (LL.B Hons), Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island (B.L.) and the Nigerian Institute of Advance Legal Studies, Lagos (Legal Drafting). Masters of International Affairs and Diplomacy, from ABU Zaria. 

Her previous professional appointments/positions held include: Counsel In Chamber, Messrs Oluyede, Onwuagbu & Co., Marina, Lagos.Legal Officer, Victory Merchant Bank Limited, Victoria Island, Lagos Counsel In Chamber and Summit Chambers, Minna, Niger State. 

She was employed as a Senior Registrar in the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1996 and promoted as Acting Deputy Chief Registrar in 2001, a Deputy Chief Registrar I in 2006 and became The Chief Registrar in 2022.
